OUPIN Torque Rubber Core
Torsion rubber core is installed at both ends of the thrust bar (reaction bar) of the automobile chassis axle to play the role of shock absorption and buffer.
Torsion bar (thrust bar) alias anti-sway bar, anti-sway bar play the role of the car in the intersection when turning to prevent the body tilt, is to improve the balance of the car when turning.
When the car driving in a straight road when both sides of the suspension to do the same deformation of the movement, the sway bar at this time does not play a role. When the car meets the curved turn at this time the body to do tilting movement on both sides of the suspension will be different deformation occurs, the transverse thrust rod will be torsion, the elasticity of the rod itself to become a sideways tilt of the return force, that is, the resistance, in the structure of the body of the stabilized smooth role, and torsion of the rubber core to do the damping and buffering (to prevent damage to the thrust rod to withstand the force). Prevent the thrust rod to withstand force damage).
The working principle of torsion rubber core
The working principle of torsion core mainly includes its structural design and damping mechanism. The torsion core is usually installed at both ends of the thrust rod of the automobile chassis axle, and is mainly used for damping and cushioning, guiding and transmitting force. Its basic structure includes components such as fastening sleeve, rubber cushion, connecting shaft, mounting holes, circular piece and torsion rubber core shaft. Rubber cushion is installed in the fastening sleeve, the circular piece is installed in the rubber cushion, and the connecting shaft is installed at both ends of the torsion rubber mandrel and there are mounting holes. The torsion rubber mandrel is symmetrically provided with two sliding contact clamping plates, and a number of shock absorbing components are provided between the clamping plates and the ring piece, which include a first fixing block, a second fixing block, an adjusting groove, a slider, a folding rod, and a shock absorbing spring, etc. The torsion rubber mandrel is installed in the fastening sleeve.
During operation, the torsion rubber core cushions the impact force of the push-pull and twist-swing motions by means of its internal elastomer (e.g., rubber or polyurethane). When the vehicle encounters uneven road surface or turns in the process of traveling, the thrust rod will generate torsion and push-pull forces, and the torsion rubber core absorbs these forces through the deformation and restoring force of its elastomer, thus reducing the impact and vibration on the chassis of the vehicle.
In addition, torsion inserts are designed for easy maintenance and replacement. For example, the clamping plate and the torsion core shaft are provided with an easy-to-open snap-in assembly for manual removal and replacement. This design not only improves the service life of the torsion core, but also reduces maintenance costs.
